Delete your Chirho Prayer account

You can permanently delete your account and associated user content from inside the app.

Delete in the app

Open Chirho Prayer and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.

What deletion does

Full-account deletion removes or de-identifies your account and associated user content from active systems, including your profile, preferences, loved-one records and photos, prayers, group memberships and messages, and push tokens.

Content other people contributed is not deleted with your account. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate moderation. Copies may also remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are replaced through normal operations. Public content may have been copied or shared by others before deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. You may need to create a new account to use authenticated features again.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are not sold in this release of the native app, so there is no App Store subscription to cancel before deleting your account. Separate web organization payment arrangements, if any, are managed by the organization and are not native-app subscriptions.
